RHS Main Street Market

My very first craft fair/show is this weekend! It's at Richardson High School and is not too big, so I think it will be perfect to start with! Definitely will help prepare for the Etsy Dallas show in May. Come on over to RHS between 9am & 5pm on Saturday or 12pm & 5pm on Sunday. Oh Louise! will not only have stationery sets, but also new greeting cards and fun prints in bright, high-gloss frames. Also check out Amanda Holland's booth (Sweet Caroline) which will feature cute baby items such as pacifier clips, tutus, bows, and chalkboard placemats!

Friday Fetish: Blissful Baths

Who doesn't love a beautiful, stylish, and luxurious bathroom? Ok probably my husband and all other men. And let's face it.. my bathroom doesn't really scream "luxurious" when you walk in, but that doesn't mean I can't appreciate a fancy shower curtain and a beautiful tub when I see one! Check out these blissful baths below... I've got my eye on those tiered Anthro shower curtains... ooh baby.

Oh.my.gosh.

I apologize that this blog has been all about dogs lately, by ohhhh my lord when I stumbled upon this picture on the front page of Etsy, I couldn't resist showing the world! or the 4 people who read this blog. ;)

I mean God knows I love my precious baby benson more than anything, but if I could have this chihuahua (scarf included of course - and it must stay on at all times) I would take him in a second.. Although I think Benson would eat him. The photo is from an Etsy shop called lucy snowe photography... She has some really pretty photography and has been featured in Real Simple! Now I want to wrap a scarf around Benson and do a photo shoot...something tells me he won't cooperate as well as this chihuahua did.

Dallas Flea!

I'm really excited to go to the Dallas Flea tomorrow! It's at South Side on Lamar, and there will be over 50 Texas artists selling all sorts of good stuff... I'm pumped about seeing how they set all their booths up! I'm currenlty in craft fair booth-stalking mode trying to figure out how to set my booth up for my upcoming shows.

Here's the cute save-the-date they sent out:

You should check it out -- DHome Magazine voted it the "Best New Event" in Dallas, so its sure to be a good time!

Etsy Home Finds - Turquoise!

I've already mentioned many a time that I'm a fan of yellow... but I also happen to love turquoise! The dreeeamy aqua blue with a hint of green is one of my favs. Lots of people choose turquoise when ordering their stationery. I think it's a great, bold choice and usually looks great with any other color! Here are a few turquoisey items for the home that I found on Etsy.. enjoy!

Screen Printed Bicycle Glasses from Vital Home - screenprinted in their studio!

Pugg Life Mixed Media Print on Wood Panel by Retrowhale

Spring Blue Organizer from Old Crow Farm - self proclaimed junk lovers!

Turquoise Bird and Brances Pillow from Meringue Designs... love the chest of drawers in the background too!

New Stationery - BigZigs!

The BigZigs stationery is not brand new, I've had it on Etsy for a couple of weeks... but I thought I would feature it as I love it and hope that it sells well! It reminds me of West Elm a little bit... maybe because they have a zigzag rug right now that i love. Although I wish they had it in brighter colors! Here's the rug if you're curious...ooh love me some west elm.

And here are my BigZigs cards (always available in any 2 colors of your choice of course)!

You can purchase a set on the Personalized Stationery section of my Etsy shop!

Cardboard Safari

I fell in love with Cardboard Safari back in October when Young House Love listed them as one of their sponsors. I would love to get a couple of the white deer to put above the twin bed in our office/guest bedroom... I think they would look so cute!

Muggin'

I am a huge coffee lover, and there's nothing I love more than drinking some superrr delicious coffee out of a really pretty coffee mug. I found a few on Etsy that make my heart beat fast.

These beauties are wheel-thrown and hand painted. I of course love the bright yellow... but I also really love the shape of the mugs! They are from a cool Etsy shop called daulhaus.

I love, love the clean white mug with the beautiful black handwriting! I'm pretty sure my friend Molly's heart would beat out of her chest if she saw this mug... she is a lover of classic books and a big time lover of Pride & Prejudice. I can't get over this girl's handwriting... isn't it beautiful? Here is the link to her shop, Wrapped in Love.

As I've said previously, I am a lover of all things tiny... so of course I neeeed this mug with a tiny bird perched on the handle... tooooooo cute. It's from Mud Pie Studio where there is tons of cool pottery that is all handmade and so creative! Love it.

Last but not least, I love this sweet pink heart mug from vessels and wares. I dont think its overly girly or corny... just the right amount of pink and a tiny heart. I love how big the mug is too - more coffee for me!
Do you like drinking out a pretty coffee mug or is the coffee all you care about? If you have a favorite post a link in the comments section - I'd love to see!

Mol's Invite

As I said in an earlier post, Mollie (my sister) is head of Chi Omega songfest (at A&M) for next year... a really big job! She recently asked me to make invitations for a meeting they were hosting for all of the different songfest leaders from each sorority/fraternity. We decided on the damask horizontal invitation and she chose yellow and purple. I think they turned out great and I know her friends loved them! So happy I could make them for her and be a little part of her big job!

Hope you like it! Have a great day!
